More Easter Pictures

We attempted to sit in the Easter Bunny's lap.  We didn't get any closer than this.
He even tried to visit us at our table....
 That didn't work either.
We did have Easter brunch next to the Thompson's.  Thomas and Evan hung out.  Evan will be in Thomas's preschool class next year and we are excited about that.
We also sat beside the Allmon's and I loved this picture of baby Edie.  She has an angel face.
Other than the Easter Bunny incident, Thomas was superb at lunch.  Not sure if you can see it on his plate, but his new favorite food is broccoli.  I'm thankful that it's his favorite thing to get at El Patio or "Patio's" as he calls it.
Is it just me or is he a beautiful child??
It could be just me.... us parents have a tendency to be wrapped up with our babies.
Not unlike our friend Tommy and baby Edie.  I loved watching him just dote over her.
That afternoon we welcomed Juju, Paps, Uncle G, Aunt Jenn, and Kaitlyn.
We sat outside and enjoyed the pleasant weather.

Did you notice that Thomas changed pants?  Uncle G had on his running pants so Thomas just had to go put on his.
Uncle G and Aunt Jen brought Thomas a Buzz Lightyear kite.

And I forgot to show you our final eggs from the other day.

The Easter Box

Thomas received a special Easter Box from Poppy and Nanna Bette.
Dear Mom and Dad, Life is too short to live 6 hours away.  Thank you so much for remembering our sweet boy on Easter.  Brian and I loved the card and Thomas loved his card and gifts.
We love y'all.

Easter Sunday

It stopped raining Easter morning right before we stepped foot outside to leave for the 8:30 service.
Thomas has gotten to where he will hug and smile for a picture.  This surprised Brian and I both when I asked them, "Can I take a picture of you two?" and Thomas leans over to Brian and says, "cheeese".
When we got to church the ladies who put together our flowering cross had just began working.
Thomas brought them some cuttings I had used in our Easter arraingment.
Thomas enjoyed his first time in big church as a toddler.  He sat with the Self boys.
He even went down front.  I walked him up, knelt behind the front pew and then he sat down with Anna.  He did do good.
Thomas and Bev.  Bev used to work with Brian a few years ago.  She is super nice and loves her some Thomas.
Lots more Easter Sunday pictures to come soon.
