Finding God

3 pm on Wednesday afternoon ...just walked in the door from a day in Jackson. After a big lunch, long stroll around Target and then an even longer ride home, Thomas's diaper was beyond needing a change.  I lay him down on the living room floor.  I stood up to find what God had placed right outside our living room window.  At just the right time; fall beauty. 

If we look for Him throughout the day, He can be found. Even while changing a diaper!

May God show himself to you today in the midst of ordinary moments.

 Right on the edge of campus this truck was parked. Talk about dedication to get all this gear together.

 Brian was stunned at how great our seats were.... he kept saying, "No way we are on the 50 yard line, 2nd row." Then we walked into this.... Needless to say our other tickets are no longer for sale!

 I was so happy I got him to wear crimson! Such a sport!

 Ok, now these are our seats..... you can see my knees then the field. Whoop! Whoop! 

 I saw Brad Thomas who I haven't seen in AGES!  Brian liked him allot. We hope to meet up with him and his wife at the Mississippi State game in a few weeks.

Only two things could have made our trip better.... If Thomas was with us (he stayed behind with Aunt M) and I had gotten to see my cousin's sweet girls!

Celebrating Anna's Birthday

 Thomas is surrounded by big kids these days. He loves them and I'm so thankful they love him.

I learned of Amy's secret talent.....

She made THE BEST cake I've EVER had; special order jungle themed per Anna's request.

Thomas LOVED it too.
