Let's play a game.... come on, it'll be fun. Our little group of friends used to have a game night. It was so fun; I guess I'm missing it.
Let's call this game "The Devil Loves It When.."
I'll start....
1) The devil loves it when I "complain". I mean seriously, what good has ever been done by belly achin' and when will this sink in my brain?
2) The devil loves it when I "want". Hello.... God wants us to be content. It's hard to stay focused on what's important to God if I am focused on what's important to me.
3) The devil loves it when I "am a snob". You read my post about Leslie, right?
4) The devil loves it when I "want to sleep in on Sunday mornings". Jesus created us to comfort, encourage, be present in the lives of those around us. We need to be surrounded by believers.
5) The devil loves it when I "have a quick tongue". Oh gosh y'all I am the worst at this. I have damaged some of those closest to me because of my quick tongue. In turn damaging them, I damaged myself. I pray that my fast tongue is long gone.
6) The devil loves it when I "doubt myself". "What if", "Can I", "Do they", "Did I".... quit doubting Kasey and just act on what God has truly laid on your heart.
7) The devil loves it when I "worry". NOTHING in this world gets accomplished by worrying but yet it can monopolize our valuable time.
Come on, no body likes a party pooper... so join me. I KNOW WHO YOU ARE.
To help out some of my more silent readers... I'm going to make leaving a comment open to everyone.
