Good News

God cares for YOU!
He knows your every thought;
the good, the bad, and the ugly
 and he still loves you.

"...while we were still sinners, Christ died for us."
Romans 5:8

By the way y'all.... It's snowing here!  This "born and raised south-central Alabama girl" just can't get enough of it.

Stage Debut

We had our Christmas program at Community Bible Study last week.  It was adorable and a whole new experience for me; and Thomas.  Allow me to narrate.  Thomas comes in calm and laid back as you can see displayed in the picture above.
Upon noticing that mommy is behind the lense he starts pointing and yelling, "Mommy! Mommy!".
Then he gets a little distracted by the emotions 2 doors down.
He and Brinkley start to do a little foot movin', please look at Cord.  I can just imagine what he's thinking.  So precious.
Then Thomas scoots over with Hope.  He loves Hope Colbert.
And then he's done with the entire stage stuff and leaves to come sit with his momma.  Brian pokes fun at me and says Thomas ran off stage because of how his momma had him dressed. Isn't Brian just hilarious?!

Jingle Bells

We love our jingle bells.  Brian and I laugh at each other when we walk into Thomas's nursery during quiet times.  It never fails we get caught up in the hanging bells.
Thomas loves to play in them with he wakes up from naps.

What Does Santa Say?

"Hey Thomas, What does Santa say?"
"Ho Ho Ho" Thomas replies.

Samford Beautiful Samford

I met up with some friends from college a few weekends ago.  We have all gone in so many different ways and it was good for the soul to see my dear friends again.  We have been through ALLOT together and I miss them terribly.
Even though there are miles and miles between us, it took no time to pick up where we left off.
I know this below picture is blurry, but there's a funny story behind why it's burry so I just wanted to include it.
This reunion called for a toast.
I will be forever grateful that my parents made my Samford education a priority.  I was reminded of how much I love that place on my visit.  Thanks Mom and Dad.
